Hi, I’m Lauren — the photographer and heart behind Three Frames Co.

My love for photography truly began with my three greatest inspirations: my kids. I found myself constantly wanting to freeze every little moment — the messy ones, the beautiful ones, and especially the ones I knew wouldn’t last forever. Somewhere along the way, that love for capturing our memories grew into a passion for capturing yours.

That’s where Three Frames comes from. Three kids. Three pieces of my heart. And the reason I picked up my camera in the first place.

A Few Fun Facts About Me

I’m a Sony girl through and through  and you’ll rarely find me without a camera nearby.

I’m also a mom of three, which means I completely understand that kids don’t always sit still, smile on command, or follow the plan — and honestly, sometimes those beautifully imperfect moments become my favorite photographs.
